just for the record, when you are in the computer lab and people around you are trying to do research and write papers, the appropriate thing to do is STOP TALKING!

you do not spend the time that you're doing your own homework to sit around and laugh loudly with the person next to you and distract every single person around you until they're ready to scream. because seriously, the computer lab is for doing work. or checking stupid email forwards. or writing annoying and pointless diary entries. but not for sitting around making other people wish that anvils really did fall from the ceiling.
